Join fellow hospitality and wine professionals for an immersive professional development experience in Bordeaux. This Educational Trip to French Wineries is designed to deepen industry expertise through practical learning, cultural discovery, and peer connection.

This trip is made possible by funding received from the IWSC Foundation and support from our partners Bibendum Wine.

Wine Education Trip

As part of our ongoing efforts to support our community in accessing professional development opportunities to enhance their career success, we are offering six places on this exclusive trip.

Taking place Monday 24th – Tuesday 26th November 2025, the trip will include:

Guided Tours of Wineries: Visit five châteaux to learn about their distinctive winemaking approaches,  from vineyard cultivation through to bottling.

Wine Tasting Sessions: Participate in guided tastings led by château representatives, which will help you develop a deeper understanding of regional varieties and production techniques.

Cultural Excursions: Explore the city of Bordeaux and the historic village of Saint-Émilion, gaining insight into the culture and heritage that shape the region’s wines

Eligibility

This trip is open to Be Inclusive Hospitality community members working in the hospitality and drinks sectors. There is no specific role requirement; however, participants are expected to work directly with wine.

To be eligible, you MUST be a Be Inclusive Hospitality member. Membership provides access to our funded programmes, peer-to-peer WhatsApp group, and free member events.
