Inside Hospitality Report Launch
Following on from the informative insights from the 2021 Inside Hospitality Report, the 2022 Inside Hospitality Report will be launched on Tuesday 26th April.
To mark the launch, we will be holding a breakfast briefing at OXO Tower Restaurant & Bar from 8:30am until 11am.
In aid of our mission to accelerate race equity within the hospitality sector, the report will build on the findings of this year’s Inside Hospitality survey. This sets out to develop knowledge of the status quo on topics including careers in hospitality, racism, Diversity and Inclusion and education.
This year 1,017 self selecting responses were received from employees and entrepreneurs contributing with views and experiences from all areas of hospitality including contract catering, pubs, bars, hotels and restaurants.
This sector wide report will be an invaluable and free of charge resource to the industry, highlighting the work that needs to be done to achieve race equity within hospitality. This survey and report are sponsored by Caterer.com, mum, Harri, Flow Learning and Umbrella Training.
We welcome you to join Lorraine Copes (Founder), and Dr Nena Foster (D&I Lead) for our breakfast briefing, launch and Q&A.
Why are we holding an event?
With the much awaited return of in-person events, we are looking forward to holding the first of many community focused events, bringing together our partners, friends and community members.
The report is an exploration of views and experiences, and aligns the key findings with practical actions that businesses can take to address the issue. All attendees will receive an advance copy of the report, allowing time for questions and answers at the end of the briefing.
Who is this event for?
This is for you if you are an employer, or employee within the hospitality industry. We would particularly encourage leaders who hold roles of influence within the industry to join us.
