ELEVATE MEMBERSHIP SCHEME
A 6-month mentorship scheme designed to support personal and professional growth by connecting participants with experienced industry senior leaders.

CLUB THRIVE
Funded qualifications, educational trips and industry experiences across a range of hospitality careers, including chefs, sommeliers, bartenders and more.
87 Qualifications, and Trips
SCHOLARSHIPS
In collaboration with Mars Food, we designed and delivered a two-year scholarship programme for chefs, combining formal qualifications with mentorship.
31 Scholars, 1,808 learning hours
INDUSTRY PROGRAMMES
Include an Uber Eats partnership supporting restaurant founders, Meet the Buyer event, leadership workshops, and the Young Persons’ Food Conference, delivered in partnership with Barking and Dagenham Council.
