Be Inclusive Hospitality exists to accelerate equity and inclusion across the UK’s hospitality sectors, and we cannot do this work alone.
We are looking for individuals and organisations who want to actively support our mission by volunteering their time, sharing expertise, opening doors, or creating opportunities for our community to thrive.
We would love to hear from you if you:
- Are passionate about equity, representation, and systemic change.
- Have skills, insight, resources, or ideas you would like to contribute
- Believe in supporting the future success of a more inclusive industry

Ways You Can Get Involved
- Become an Ambassador or Volunteer – Make a flexible contribution of your time and expertise to support our programmes, initiatives, and community. You can contribute as much or as little as your capacity allows.
- Support Our Events – Offer event space, host community gatherings, or support our programme delivery through in-kind contributions.
- Fundraise or Champion Our Work – Help us raise vital funds, amplify our research and initiatives, and advocate for equity across your networks and platforms.
