About the Scheme

The Elevate Mentorship is a carefully designed six-month programme that fosters both professional and personal growth for its participants.

Since its launch in 2021, the scheme has supported over 100 mentees, and provided over 600 hours of mentorship.

Sponsored by OpenTable, applications are now open for our fifth cohort of mentees in support of ethnically diverse restaurant founders throughout the UK.

There are 10 places available, and the scheme commences in January 2025.

Our mentors are esteemed industry leaders committed to guiding our mentees toward their business goals. They offer invaluable knowledge, constructive feedback, and insightful advice to foster growth.

To date, 70% of mentees have achieved their goals during or after the scheme.

Eligibility criteria

Ethnicities

The course is open to restaurant founders who identify as Black, Asian or ethnic minority.

Residency status

UK citizen, national or permanent resident.

Trading history

Businesses must have been trading for a minimum of two years.
