The Elevate Mentorship Scheme returns for another year, connecting independent Black and ethnically diverse restaurant founders with experienced hospitality leaders. Through six months of mentorship, networking and expert guidance, the programme helps founders overcome challenges and grow their businesses.

Join us as we celebrate industry talent and achievements across 15 categories at the awards ceremony on 21st October in London.

In celebration of East and Southeast Asian Heritage Month, we are spotlighting the remarkable talent in the food and drink industry. This year’s BIH Spotlight Awards highlight six outstanding finalists of East and Southeast Asian heritage, whose creativity and dedication are driving innovation in the hospitality sector. From award-winning restaurants to iconic street food vendors, these individuals are shaping London’s culinary landscape and celebrating the rich diversity of East and Southeast Asian cuisine.

Applications are now open for the fifth edition of the Elevate Mentorship Scheme, which will start in January 2025. Sponsored by OpenTable, a global leader in restaurant technology, this six-month programme is designed to support restaurant owners from Black, Asian, and other ethnic minority backgrounds.
