We are looking for a people person with a track record of nurturing, developing, and growing partnerships with brands and organisations across the hospitality, food, and drinks industries.

We would prefer someone with sector experience who genuinely cares about our mission and is keen to help us accelerate our growth and impact.

We are thrilled to announce that our first cohort of 2024 mentees, including 20 Hospitality, Food, and Drink professionals, have been successfully matched with their mentors!

The scheme is a transformative six-month journey that will offer invaluable insights and guidance for the mentees from across the U.K.

The scheme is now in its fourth year, and to date, we have supported 99 other mentees in achieving career and business goals with a 60%+ success rate.
