Culture Audits
Our culture audits use both new and existing data to understand a business through the lens of inclusion and belonging. The audit follows six key steps, ensuring it is tailored to the unique needs of each organisation.
Each audit is supported by a comprehensive report, clear recommendations, and a practical action plan. These recommendations can be further supported through consultancy and training.

Workshops
Hospitality operators partner with us to build confident, inclusive teams that feel valued, supported, and able to perform at their best.
To date, we have delivered leadership training to over 2,000 leaders across the UK. All of our workshops measure confidence levels at the start and end of each session, with 95% of participants reporting a notable improvement in confidence.
We offer a range of off-the-shelf workshops, including Diversity and Inclusion 101, Talking About Race, and Inclusive Leadership. All workshops are designed specifically for the hospitality industry and combine theory with group exercises, discussion, and role play. Sessions typically are two hours and can be delivered in person or online.
For organisations with existing data, insights, or specific requirements, we can also tailor workshops to meet your needs.


Events
We curate tailored events designed to educate workforces on topics centred on inclusion and cultural celebrations such as Black History Month, Diwali, and Lunar New Year.
We also collaborate with event partners to curate and deliver events focused on culture, recruitment, inclusion, and diversity across the hospitality, food, and drink sectors. With a community of 15,000 ethnically diverse hospitality professionals across the UK, we are the ideal event partner for those keen to acess underrepresented talent.
