Job Title: Partnership Manager (6-month contract initially)
Reports To: Founder
Salary: £46,000-£50,000
Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Location: Hybrid (Home/Peckham Office)
Benefits: 25 days + bank holiday, private healthcare, mobile phone, laptop, bonus
Role Overview: Reporting to the Founder, the Partnership Manager will play an integral part in the team, responsible for nurturing and increasing Be Inclusive Hospitality partnerships.
Main Responsibilities:
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop an effective partnership strategy to nurture, increase and develop partnerships with brands and organisations.
 - Devise an action plan to enhance opportunities to achieve Be Inclusive Hospitality income and social impact goals.
 - Build on and maintain strategic partnerships in support of the company goals and vision.
 - Design and deliver partner case studies focussing on continuous improvement.
 - Work with the Founder to leverage prior strategic partnerships to generate new business leads.
 - Develop relationships that elevate and refresh benefits available to Be Inclusive Hospitality members.
 - Where applicable, upsell/seek funding and income opportunities from existing and future partners to create new projects.
 - Lead on the practical delivery and management of membership outputs agreed with partners.
 - Attend relevant industry events to generate new potential partnership leads.
 - Support blog post content creation with ideas that may generate further partnership leads.
 - Manage and maintain the partnership pipeline in CRM, partnership data, and key performance indicators.
 - Monitor, evaluate and report on partnerships and their impact.

 - Effective written and oral communication skills.
 - Team player with a strong work ethic.
 - Results-oriented
 - IT literate with solid spreadsheet knowledge.
 - Strong organisation and time management skills.
 - Self-Motivated
 
Education and Experience
- Educated to degree level.
 - Sales, Business Development, or Partnerships Management experience
 - Hospitality industry
 - Passion for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.
 - Enjoys working alone and with others.
