This year’s BIH Spotlight Awards highlight six outstanding finalists of East and Southeast Asian heritage, whose creativity and dedication are driving innovation in the hospitality sector. From award-winning restaurants to iconic street food vendors, these individuals are shaping London’s culinary landscape and celebrating the rich diversity of East and Southeast Asian cuisine.
Applications are now open for the fifth edition of the Elevate Mentorship Scheme, which will start in January 2025. Sponsored by OpenTable, a global leader in restaurant technology, this six-month programme is designed to support restaurant owners from Black, Asian, and other ethnic minority backgrounds.
