About the BIH Spotlight Awards

The BIH Spotlight Awards are designed to shine a light on exceptional businesses and individuals from Black and minority backgrounds across the hospitality sector, and welcome back OpenTable as headline sponsor for a second year.

Now in its fifth year, the awards have welcomed more than 1,000 attendees from across the UK and Ireland, recognised 60 deserving winners, and brought together advocates for inclusion who are committed to building new and diverse networks, whilst celebrating some of the brightest stars of today and the future.

Winners will be announced during the BIH Spotlight Awards ceremony on Monday 12 October 2026 at Quaglino’s, London.
