ABOUT AWARDS
The 2025 BIH Spotlight Awards are back, and this year promises to be bigger and better than ever.
In partnership with Headline Sponsor OpenTable, these awards will celebrate and recognise exceptional talent and achievement from Black, Asian, and ethnic minority backgrounds working across the hospitality, food, and drink industries.
They will offer attendees, nominees and winners the opportunity to build new networks and audiences while honouring some of the brightest stars of both the present and the future.

The BIH Spotlight Awards will celebrate the vibrant and diverse hospitality industry on Monday 13th October 2025, at Quaglino’s in London.
Now in its fourth year, the BIH Spotlight Awards will once again honour the brightest stars of today and tomorrow, recognised by their peers at the UK’s only awards ceremony of its kind.
