Our partners play a crucial role in our ability to deliver on our mission to create a more inclusive and equitable hospitality sector.Â
Partnering with a broad range of companies, our collaborations broadly fall into three categories: Skills Development, Events, and Leadership Education.
Skill Development
To date, we have supported over 500 individuals to access qualifications, mentorship, funding, professional networks, and high-quality educational experiences. As a result, more than 70% have gone on to make step-changing improvements to their careers or businesses.
Partnerships that have enabled this include Caterer.com, OpenTable, Bibendum, Uber Eats, Decanter, the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham, and many more.
Events
Throughout the year, we deliver events ranging from 40 to 300 attendees. With a unique and diverse eco-system of leading hospitality operators to diverse individuals in hospitality, our events are consistently oversubscribed.
Our partnered events are designed to disseminate research, inspire action and educate attendees.
Leadership Education
Our annual Inside Hospitality research has consistently highlighted limited access to education and learning focused on inclusion and belonging in hospitality. To date, only one in four respondents report having access to this type of education, while over 60% express a strong desire to access it.
Ongoing demand for our work in this area continues to reinforce this need.
